Use and display notes

The open-side photograph shows one access point. Give your pet time to become comfortable with the carrier before travel.

Fit and travel suitability

Measure your pet while standing and resting, then compare those measurements with the product dimensions before ordering. Your pet should be able to sit, turn and settle without being compressed. Carrier acceptance and size rules vary by airline, train, venue and destination, so confirm current requirements directly with the relevant provider before travel.

Safe, comfortable use

Introduce the carrier gradually in a calm setting and supervise your pet whenever it is in use. Keep ventilation panels clear, distribute weight evenly, and secure all zippers and closures before lifting. Do not leave a pet unattended in the carrier or in a hot, cold or poorly ventilated place. Inspect straps, seams, mesh and fasteners before each trip and stop using the carrier if any part is damaged. Spot clean gently and allow the carrier to dry fully before storage.
