Measure your pet while standing and resting, then compare those measurements with the listed carrier dimensions. Your pet should be able to sit, turn and settle without being compressed.

Before travel

Introduce the backpack gradually in a calm setting. Inspect straps, seams, mesh, zippers and fasteners before every use. Secure every opening before lifting and keep ventilation panels unobstructed.

During use

Supervise your pet at all times. Do not leave a pet in a vehicle, direct sun, extreme temperature or poorly ventilated area. Carrier rules vary by airline, train, venue and destination; confirm current requirements directly with the provider.

Cleaning

Remove loose debris, spot clean with mild soap and a soft damp cloth, and allow the carrier to dry fully before storage. Follow product-specific care instructions where supplied.
