Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of zelavno.com and purchases from Zelavno. By using the store, you agree to provide accurate information and use the website lawfully.

Products and orders

We aim to present accurate descriptions, photographs, prices and availability. Colors can vary by screen, and reasonable production variation may occur. We may correct errors, limit quantities or cancel orders where necessary.

Pet suitability

Pet size, temperament, health and travel needs vary. Product images demonstrate appearance and possible use but do not guarantee suitability for a particular pet or acceptance by a travel provider. Customers are responsible for measuring their pet and checking applicable rules.

Acceptable use and liability

You may not disrupt the store, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious material or infringe intellectual-property rights. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded; to the extent permitted by law, Zelavno is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse, overloading, inadequate supervision or unauthorized alteration.
